Auger Hopper Rebuild

This swing auger had seen enough seasons that the hopper was beyond saving. Years of wear had taken their toll. Thin spots, distortion, and too many past fixes to justify another patch.

So we didn’t patch it. We replaced it.

The existing hopper was removed entirely and rebuilt from the ground up using new steel. Every component was reworked to restore proper shape, strength, and function: not just to get it by, but to make it reliable again.

Fit and alignment were key, making sure grain feeds properly and consistently without the hiccups that come from a worn-out hopper.

This is the difference between fixing something for now and rebuilding it so you’re not dealing with it again next season.
